Arabian Gulf Project Management Company

The company is owned by Consultant and Lawyer Mr. Anwar Mohammed Saud Abdulaziz Al-Huwaishel, a Kuwaiti national born in 1962. He is a General Consultant and General Services Consultant. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Sharia at Kuwait University in Shuwaikh in 1984.

He initially worked in a law office as a lawyer, and later worked in the Internal Health Administration and as a criminal investigator at the General Department of Investigations at the Ministry of Interior. He eventually reached the position of Public Prosecutor and retired in May 2026 after more than 40 years of professional service.

He is a founder and partner in the Legal Representative Center for Law, and the owner of Kunooz Real Estate Company. He has a strong interest in establishing commercial and marketing projects.

The Vision Behind the Company

By the grace of Allah, in addition to my specialization and legal and practical experience, I have a passion for organization, preparation, and providing advice in various fields, as well as establishing, marketing, and managing commercial projects. Therefore, I decided to establish a project for providing consultations and general services directly, in cooperation with our specialized partners, through Arabian Gulf Project Management Company.

This initiative is based on the principle that prevention is better than cure, and on the importance of seeking consultation before starting any work or entering into any commercial, social, or political project with others, in accordance with the principles of Islamic Sharia. The objective is to enable clients to benefit from our specialization and extensive practical experience, saving the time and thousands of dinars that may otherwise be spent on their businesses and law offices.
